Jonathan Chason, D.M.D.

Dr. Jonathan Chason, joined Chestnut Dental in 1999. He grew up in Bangor, Maine and received his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. Dr. Chason earned his D.M.D. degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated summa cum laude. He continued his education at Tufts University where he earned his Certificate in Orthodontics. His academic interests are in Growth and Development, Functional Appliance Therapy, and Invisalign Clear Aligner Therapy.

Dr. Chason lives in Bolton, MA with his wife, Laura, their six children and two dogs. He is an avid skier, adventurous eater and Patriot’s fan. He also loves a lively debate, silly joke and exploring the world.

Boston Magazine has regularly recognized Dr. Chason in their Top Dentist issue including their most recent 2026 issue.  Dentists receiving this distinction were voted by their peers and he is honored to be selected.

Dr. Chason feels privileged to be part of Chestnut Dental’s storied history.  For over twenty years, his warmth and dedication to excellence have given his patients something to smile about.
